Links listed here are for Physical Therapists (PT), Health and Fitness Professionals, and anyone with the reproductive anatomy to grow humans; whether able to do so, not do so, or do so with help. While much of this information is geared towards pregnant and postpartum parents – one need not have birthed a child to be experiencing the same symptoms or difficulties that are often associated with childbearing. I found these reputable resources through my own journey, the Postnatal Fitness Specialist Academy (PFSA), and the Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism (P&PA) Coach certification. Many of these websites offer useful, free resources, courses that count towards continuing education credits for PTs and fitness professionals, rehab programs, and/or exercise programing that meet you where YOU are at.
